She's scaled HR at high-growth companies including Plaid, where she was the company's first HR hire and helped grow the function from 80 to 1,100+ employees, and has advised early-stage founders on people strategy through her consultancy, People Foundations. Now on Rippling's Marketing team, Emily brings a practitioner's perspective to HR technology, helping go-to-market teams speak the language of HR leaders with credibility and nuance. Her current focus is HR technology and AI: translating what's actually happening on the ground into actionable insights and use cases for people leaders.
