Rippling received 40 Voice of the Customer awards in Sapient Insights Group’s 28th Annual HR Systems Survey, including the #1 spot in multiple categories.
For the first time, Rippling also earned top recognition in Sapient’s mid-market category (companies with 500–4,999 people) while continuing to rank as a leading solution for Sapient’s SMB category, which represents companies with up to 500 people.
These awards are based entirely on feedback from more than 10,000 HR professionals across 4,670 organizations worldwide. That makes the recognition especially meaningful: people who rely on Rippling every day to manage payroll, onboarding, performance, and more signaled their confidence in the platform.

Rippling displaced long-standing legacy vendors to earn the #1 spot in payroll vendor satisfaction for mid-market companies.

Rippling also earned the #1 spot in vendor satisfaction for scheduling for SMB, which Harris attributed to Rippling’s simplified interface and easy-to-use tools. She also highlighted how Rippling is taking the lead in onboarding, obtaining a #1 mention for SMB user experience in onboarding and making the top 5 for onboarding in the mid-market category, for both user experience and vendor satisfaction.

Only 37% of organizations plan to increase HR tech spending this year, a signal that buyers are more cautious about investments.
Just 51% of HR professionals say their function is perceived as strategic, underscoring the need for tools that demonstrate measurable business impact.
More SMB and mid-market organizations are using AI in HR, showing how quickly these technologies are becoming mainstream.
The data also found that stronger partnerships between HR, IT, and Finance can significantly improve outcomes — reinforcing Rippling’s unified approach to workforce management.
