Rippling gets it right: don’t take it from us, trust the experts

Our growth and customer satisfaction ratings have shown that building business software differently has paid off. And recently, two external organizations, citing Rippling’s customers, have recognized the game-changing nature of our software across key business functions.

In research and advisory firm Sapient Insights Group’s annual HR systems survey, users from more than 3,000 organizations, spread across 59 countries and representing more than 25 million workers, weighed in on the HR software they use. The report, which has been produced for over 25 years, is widely recognized as a benchmark for user satisfaction in HR technology.

This year, Rippling was ranked #1 in the following categories by organizations with 500 or fewer employees:

• Vendor satisfaction and user experience for payroll 

• Vendor satisfaction for HRMS 

• Vendor satisfaction and user experience for benefits 

• User experience for time management applications

In addition to placing in the top of Sapient Insights’ survey, Rippling also earned top marks from peer-to-peer review site G2, a reference in user reviews for business software. 

For small businesses, Rippling obtained a satisfaction score of 99 and an overall rating of 94, a full seven points ahead of its nearest competitor.

And for midmarket HCM software, as well as HCM software for businesses of all sizes, G2 reviewers gave Rippling top marks, earning us a satisfaction score of 97 and 99 respectively.
