Onboarding new hires used to mean manually tracking training details in a shared spreadsheet—leading to human error, extra work, and constant follow-up messages. Using App Studio, Rippling’s Implementation team built the New Hire Roster App to automate and streamline the process.
The app pulls employee data automatically from Rippling, sends manager notifications and reminders in Slack, and centralizes key onboarding info all in one place for new hires on day one—leaving more time for training, and less time spent tracking.
