Instead of assigning interviews to specific individuals, recruiters set criteria like location, level, tenure, and competencies. The app then surfaces a real-time pool of qualified interviewers, ready to go. To level up in competency, employees can self-schedule training activities like shadowing, while the app automatically tracks progress and keeps interviewer pools updated, making interview staffing more efficient than ever.
