Recruiting in a competitive job market means constantly racing to get your job listings seen, juggling multiple platforms, and sometimes paying extra just to stand out—all while screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and meeting hiring targets.

Every job you post in Rippling will automatically appear on Indeed—for free. And with Indeed Apply support, candidates can submit their applications directly on Indeed and their applications will be seamlessly added to Rippling Recruiting. 

It’s a seamless, cost-effective way to expand your reach, streamline hiring, and connect with top candidates faster. 

Enhance your visibility at no extra cost

With this integration, every role you open in Rippling Recruiting gets the added exposure of appearing on Indeed, one of the largest job search platforms that has 580 million job seekers across 60 countries. Not only are more job seekers seeing your open roles, but they can apply right on Indeed via Indeed Apply.

This means you can expand your applicant pool to Indeed’s vast network without affecting your recruiting budget.

Expand your applicant pool in a few simple steps

To get started, you’ll need to follow these quick steps to connect your Indeed account and claim your job feed:

  1. Create an Indeed account (if you haven’t already): An employer account with Indeed is required to set up the integration.

  2. Configure your job boards in Rippling: Head over to your Rippling Recruiting settings and select “Indeed” under third-party job boards. From here, you can map each of your job boards to an Indeed account. If you’re managing multiple Indeed accounts, you can add as many as you need and map each job board accordingly. 

  3. Claim your job feed: Reach out to your Indeed account representative to officially claim your job feed from Rippling. If you don’t have a designated rep, you can submit a request.

  4. Get started: Once you’ve posted a new job, it will take about an hour for Indeed to process each new job.

Once Indeed has officially connected your job feed, your jobs will be visible on their platform, ready to attract top candidates and giving you back some time to focus on more strategic recruiting efforts.
