Mike Leary is the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Rippling, where he leads global hiring strategy and has helped scale the company from 2,000 to more than 5,000 employees across 45 countries. Over his 30+ year career, Mike has built and led high-performing recruiting organizations through three IPOs at Anaplan, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and NetSuite. He also built Zenefits' recruiting function from the ground up and previously led a 300-person talent acquisition organization at SAP, overseeing more than 15,000 hires annually.
